Tattoo Care
1 - Remove bandage after one hour. Do not re-bandage.
2- Wash tattoo with warm water. Rinse with cold and pat dry.
3 - Let your tattoo air for and hour or two and wash it again.
4 - Apply a modest amount of a non-fragrance hand lotion such as Curel, Lubriderm, or Aquaphor.
5 - Wash your tattoo three to five times a day for the first five to seven days and continue to use lotion for at least the first 10 days.
6 - Stay out of hot tubs, lakes, swimming pools, and rivers for at least two weeks.
7 - Do not pick at or scratch your tattoo no matter how much it itches.
8 - Do not expose your tattoo to sunlight for at least two to three weeks. After the tattoo is healed use at least a SPF 15 or greater sunscreen to retain brightness of color.
9 - Keep it clean.
10 - Do not use any triple antibiotic ointments such as Neosporin. There is no need to fight an infection that does not exist.
11 - Use common sense.
